π 14-Day General Health Guarantee
We guarantee that your puppy will be free from serious contagious diseases for 14 days after the date of delivery or pickup. If your licensed veterinarian discovers a health issue within this period:

You must notify us within 48 hours of the diagnosis.

A written report from your vet must be submitted.

We will offer a replacement puppy of equal value (subject to availability) or a partial refund, based on the diagnosis.
Note: Minor issues such as parasites (e.g., worms, coccidia, giardia), which are common in puppies and easily treatable, are not considered grounds for replacement.
𧬠1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
We guarantee your puppy to be free from life-threatening hereditary/genetic conditions (such as severe hip dysplasia, congenital heart defects, etc.) for one full year from the date of adoption.
If such a condition is diagnosed:

A written report from a licensed vet or specialist is required.

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement puppy or refund (at our discretion).
β οΈ Conditions That Void the Health Guarantee
Our health guarantee will be voided if:

The puppy is not examined by a licensed vet within 72 hours of arrival.

The puppy is exposed to harmful environments, abuse, or poor nutrition.

The puppy is bred before 12 months of age or without proper veterinary clearance.

You fail to follow basic care guidelines (feeding, vaccinations, parasite control, etc.)

To keep the guarantee valid, buyers must:
