At CertifiedDoberman.com, we are committed to providing you with healthy, happy, and well-socialized Doberman puppies. Due to the nature of live animal sales, we have specific policies in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our puppies, and the satisfaction of our customers.


🐢 No Refunds After Delivery

Once a puppy has been delivered, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns unless the puppy arrives with a verified, serious health condition (see Health Guarantee below).


πŸ₯ Health Guarantee

All of our puppies come with a health certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian. If, within 72 hours of delivery, your licensed vet discovers a life-threatening genetic or health condition, you must contact us immediately.

  • We may offer a replacement puppy of equal value (subject to availability), or a partial refund at our discretion.

  • A signed vet report must be submitted within the 72-hour window.

  • We are not responsible for conditions resulting from neglect, improper care, injury, or accidents after delivery.


❌ Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. When you place a deposit, we reserve your puppy and turn away other potential buyers. Please be sure of your commitment before reserving.

If you cancel your reservation before delivery, you will forfeit your deposit. However, you may transfer your deposit to a future litter within 6 months.


🚚 Shipping Concerns

If a puppy is harmed or dies in transit due to carrier error, we will:

  • Assist you with filing a claim with the carrier

  • Work with you to find a resolution or replacement if applicable

We take all reasonable steps to ensure safe, professional transport.
